- Last week of the month, SkinSync submits newsletter content (words and images) through the Client Portal form above.
- Dionne Deșign Studio formats and design the newsletter in Constant Conact for review.
- SkinSync reviews newsletter and approves or requests revisions via the Feedback Form above.
- Dionne Deșign Studio completes edits and schedules newsletter to go out the first week of the month.
social media
- Last week of the month, Dionne Design Studio will generate 8-10 social media posts for the next month, using your newsletter content, and put it into the Google Sheet.
- SkinSync reviews the social media posts and approves or edits the text by clicking on the checkbox in the Progress section and uploads images via the Google Drive folder.
- AND/OR SkinSync adds their own posts to the Google Sheet.
- Dionne Design Studio will begin designing once text overlay, caption, hashtags, and image are all confirmed and adds draft image to Google Sheet.
